What are DTF transfers and how do I apply them?
Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are high-quality heat-pressed prints that can be applied to various fabrics. To apply, place the transfer on your garment and press with a heat press at 300-320°F for 12-15 seconds with medium pressure.
How long does shipping take for my order?
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround. Most orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What file formats should I use for custom designs?
For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG files with a transparent background. We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD files.
Are the DTF transfers durable and machine washable?
Yes, our transfers are engineered for durability. When applied correctly, they can withstand 50+ wash cycles without cracking or fading. We recommend washing inside out in cold water.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our printing services, we do not accept returns on custom designs. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Absolutely! We offer tiered pricing for large-scale projects and gang sheets. The more you order, the lower your price per square inch will be.
