At CrystalDTF.com, we strive for perfection in every print; however, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 30-day window for returns and replacements. Please note that due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, we cannot accept returns for errors related to user-provided artwork or incorrect application techniques.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Submit Photo Evidence
Provide clear photographs of the defective transfers or damaged packaging to help our quality control team verify the claim.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on whether to ship the items back or dispose of them.
Resolution Processing
After verification, we will immediately process your choice of a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement order at no additional cost.
