1. Pre-Press: Give your garment a quick press to remove moisture and wrinkles.

2. Position: Place the transfer on your shirt (perfect for that left chest spot!).

3. Press: Heat press at 300°F - 325°F with Heavy Pressure.

4. Time: Press for 7 Seconds.

5. The Peel: Peel the film immediately (Hot Peel). 🔥

6. Seal It: Cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for another 7 Seconds to lock it in.
